A good teaching procedure will lead to effective learning, that’s why it’s very important for a teacher to understand and use applicable or new method o f teaching. In our modern technological world where the use of computer is viral, teachers need to learn how to use / apply the new technology so that the teaching-learning procedure will be enjoyable.

Classroom activities to be effective must be governed by different strategies. Pupil to pupil interaction must be observed everytime a lesson will be introduced in the class. In doing this, pupils will be trained to communicate well with their peers.

Variety of instructional materials should be visible in each classroom so that learning will be full of fun and interesting.

Ideal teaching today encourages the application of new methods in teaching to develop initiative, creativity, confidence, self-reliance and independence among the pupils.

At a glance, effectiveness and efficiency in teaching is quite confusing but upon analyzing, you will find out that these two qualities are related and both are important in teaching.

When can you say a teacher is efficient? Well, a teacher can exhibit efficiency in the manner she gets things done, how she manages her class and her time in getting things done. A good example wherein a teacher can be called efficient is when she always comes to her class (and leave) on time, with well-prepared lesson plan, instructional materials, engaged time on task, and everything is organized regardless of output or result produced in the teaching-learning process. Many parents become frustrated whenever some teachers informed them of the misconduct and unfavorable condition of their children in school. They get annoyed and irritated when teachers talk on the weaknesses of their kids and sometimes their conversation leads to misunderstanding. Are the teachers alone need to be blamed on the matters pertaining to their kids? or parents need to understand the importance of parent-teacher partnership in molding the children?

Parents should be aware that whatever values a child has when he enters the school is the result of how they were trained at home, so if they desire to mold them to become better there must be good partnership between the parent and the teacher. Both of them must take time to discuss matters about their kids and both must be willing to accept ideas and suggestions for the improvement of the child. It’s the desire of every classroom teacher to offer quality education to every learner in her class.But why is it that
we often fail to attain this goal? An analysis was done by an educator on why the attainment of quality education is still a failure and one of the reasons is the teachers problem on Classroom Management.

At the very start of the year, teachers need to know the importance of managing the classroom. She needs to set
some rules and policies that children will follow so that orderliness will be observed in the class.Encouraging leadership in the class will also help in the flow of the activities in the classroom and assigning each pupil to do their own work is vital so as to attain an effective teaching-learning situation. Children must also be oriented on some guidelines in school so that they will have clearer views on what and what not to do in the school.
