One of the most important tasks of a teacher is to inspire and motivate her learners in the class. Her ability to set the mood of the class is very important because it will lead to either destruction or instruction.It is in this condition that teachers should consider and plan her lesson ahead of time, she needs to think of inspiring ways to make her pupils learn.
There are a lot of new ways and methods that can be employed in the presentation of lessons now a days. Teachers can used modern instructional tools like computers and the like so as to motivate her learners. She needs to allow them to experience hands-on activities , use games, stories and songs to develop interaction in the class. Teachers should be reminded that each pupil has their own learning style so she need to consider it so as to make the teaching-learning situation an enjoyable and fruitful experience.
Every school aims at bringing quality education to their clientele.. every teacher dreams of offering worthwhile learning to their pupils.. both of them must be challenge on how instructions be made unforgettable to children, the solution, I guess is to develop Creativity inside the classroom.
